Deposit payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or via Western Union Global Transfer. A general deposit of 30% of the total bill is required upon bookings.

For FIT booking (group under 7 cabins)

• More than 7 days before cruise departure: No charge
• 7 days - 3 days before arrival: 50% fee
• Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of the total cost
• No show: 100% fee

For GIT booking (group from 7 cabins)

• More than 60 days before cruise departure: No charge
• 60 days - 31 days before arrival: 50% fee
• From 30 to 15 days before check-in: 75% of the total room rate
• Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the total room rate

Payments must be made 30 days prior to service performance. These payments are due, you can make them at our office or pay online 60 days before the departure date for GIT booking and 07 days before the cruise departing date for FIT booking. If booking less than 60 days before the departure date for GIT booking and less than 07 days before the departure date for FIT bookings, full payment must be made at the time of booking. If payments are not received on time, Paradise Vietnam may cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation policy fee.
